40 Person Shared Office at 20-22 Union Court, London

We have a medium-sized office split into two floors with mezzanine in the heart of Stockwell/Clapham, with good transport links via the Northern line, Clapham High Street and lots of buses! We also did a renovation in April last year and have a shiny new kitchen, private meeting room and breakout areas, and there’s a 24/7 gym just round the corner.Currently our staff comes into the office two days per week and we are looking to share the space with another similar sized company (up to 40 people) for the remaining 2 or 3 days. We offer 22 desks stations on the 1st floor (chairs, storage, and monitors included); and 6 desks and 12 people sharing table (with charting ports) on the ground floor, as well as 5 breakout areas and 1 private meeting room. There are two gender neutral toilets, shared kitchen and lots of storage. The office is airy and spacious, with high ceilings and with plenty of natural sunlight.

This office is in a quiet area, with lots of other offices so you can feel the community, but a step away from the busy city centre. One big perk - we are a furniture company, so expect to see and enjoy our coolest new pieces!
