MOTIV Architects has renovated the space to suit our creative office needs. We have a team of 6-8 designers working in our office and are looking for another business to share the space with us. The space has 2 enclosed meeting rooms, 2 washrooms (1 with shower for cyclist commuters) a shared kitchen and a shared storage (in the old bank vault!!). The office space gets lights from 2-3 sides (north, south and east) and cross ventilation in the summer months. It is located in a great neighbourhood, with many breweries, coffee shops and restaurants, not far from Hastings street and commercial drive. There is no dedicated parking - but street parking is readily available in the neighbourhood.

The Building is located in a neighbourhood that is getting more businesses and small scale industry every year. It is surrounded by breweries, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk up to the lively portion of Hastings High street and not far from Commercial Drive. The location is well served by transit and bike routes.
