Private Offices available that vary in sizes from 4m2 - 100m2. We charge per m2 each week, and all our tenant contracts roll over monthly. You will never be stuck in a contract with us, we just want businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in the building who want a place to grow their business, and grow alongside us. You are charged a set per m2 rate each month based on the amount of Private space you would like in the building. We have an incredible space with professional lounges, tables and meeting rooms available as well.

Our building provides a unique mix of professional spaces and chill vibes for you to kick back and relax in the outdoor garden or the lounge spaces. You can have your big client meetings in our meeting rooms or business lounge, and then you can go upstairs and debrief with your team after in a relaxed environment.
