We have Architects, Literary agents, Film producers, Freelance Journalists, Editors, Entertainment Lawyers... amongst our friendly sub-tenants.Single desk spaces start from $404/month and include just about everything you'll need for your small office, including; NBN, large (12 seat) common meeting table, air-conditioning, bookshelves, back to base security, weekly cleaning, with all conveniences (including kitchen, shower and toilets) located on the floor. Some include a desk, but bring your own chair and associated furniture suitable for your purposes.

The Space is an old dance floor with tall ceilings (4.5m - 6.5m high) and generous light from all four sides. Close to Summer Hill Station and the convenience of regular trains to the city in less than 15minutes. Plenty of cafes at your doorstep for lunch or out of office meetings.
